Staged to Sell! Make a great first impression. Before staging - the first thing buyers see is a large blank wall. Before Staging - didn't feel like a master suite.
Staged to Sell - no doubt that this is the master bedroom. Before Staging - too many small items & cold paint color. Staged to sell - warm walls & focus on the fireplace.
All buyers saw was damaged wallpaper. Now a welcoming master suite Before master bath felt cold.
Staged to Sell - Luxurious! Difficult to picture furniture placement. Staged to Sell - plenty of room for all of your furniture.
Before Staging - stuffed animals are not the best accents to sell homes. Staged to Sell - highlight dramatic nook and built in cabinets. Before Staging - mismatched furniture.
Staged to Sell - coordinated furnishings are more inviting. Before Staging - monochromatic & bland. Staged to sell - makes a memorable impression.
Before Staging - cold & dated. Staged to Sell - warm and modern. Narrow nook was beautiful but what would look good there?
Staged to Sell - welcoming entry! Felt small Staged to Sell - buyers said it felt larger than other similarly sized homes.
Before Staging - cluttered & dated. Staged to Sell - highlights homes beautiful floors and feels updated. Before Staging - Nooks overpowered the fireplace.
Staged to Sell - Fireplace is the main attraction! Before Staging - cluttered & confused. After Staging - clean & simple bedroom.
Before Staging - cluttered office. Staged to Sell - inviting music room. Not the best first impression.
Staged to Sell - says welcome to your new home bathroom before - needed warmed up. Staged to sell - towels, plant and accessories make this a stylish master bath.
